Here’s some details on EPiC Winter Retreat 2016 coming up very quickly!

Brand-New-Flyer-1b-final-logoThis year we will be learning all about how the Gospel makes us a new creation in Christ and what that means for our lives as ambassadors. There will be an emphasis on how the Gospel makes us brand new while the world enslaves us to the same old sins. Along with this comes the ministry of reconciliation as we fellowship with the Church and love the world. Finally, as brand new creatures, we are given the incredible title of ambassadors to the world for God. All of this will be expounded from II Corinthians 5:17-21 over three plenary sessions. Our speaker this year is Shawn Stewart. He is part of EPC World Outreach and is super excited to be a part of this retreat and share the Word of God with students.

Date: February 12-14, 2016
Location: Camp Allegheny, Ellwood City, PA
Cost: $90/person
Deposit: If you would like to sign your group up for this retreat, we are requiring a $10/person (estimated number) deposit by December 18th. Checks can be made payable to First Presbyterian Church and sent to Martha Schartner, First Presbyterian Church, 252 College Ave, Beaver, PA 15009. Please send the check along with the postcard registration tear-off to register your group. If you did not receive a postcard, click here.
Final Numbers: The camp requires final numbers to put together an invoice for us before the retreat. So we require hard, final numbers from everyone by January 24th, 2016. This is the number your church will be financially responsible for. Final numbers can be emailed to Greg (gregory.aydt@gmail.com).
Final Payment: Final payment is due upon arrival. Once all final numbers are collected and we receive an invoice from the camp, we will send out invoices to everyone that can be used to collect their final payment. These payments can also be made out to First Presbyterian Church.

Marketing: We will soon be making available digital graphics to advertise this retreat to your group. Please check back for these.
